Shipping & Delivery
Collect your puppy from us in Durham, West Grey, Ontario, by arrangement. If you choose pickup rather than delivery, you can meet the puppies and parents in person. We offer FaceTime or WhatsApp video calls before you reserve. The remaining puppy balance is due at pickup.
PICK UP
FREE DELIVERY is available to major Ontario cities: Owen Sound, Collingwood, Toronto, Mississauga, Barrie, Orangeville, Oakville, Vaughan, Guelph, London, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Hamilton, Brampton, Brantford, Newmarket, as well as surrounding areas.. Send your town or postal code so we can confirm arrangements.
A $300 CAD deposit is required before delivery and goes toward the puppy’s purchase price. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but transferable to another puppy in the future. The remaining puppy balance is due when your puppy is delivered.
DELIVERY
Cargo shipping may be arranged through WestJet Cargo or Air Canada Cargo, subject to airline approval and travel requirements. We confirm the route, arrangements and final quote before booking.
• Travel crate: $75 CAD
• Airline cargo ticket: estimated $300–$600 CAD, depending on destination and airline approval.
• Veterinary flight certificate: $100 CAD for puppies younger than 12 weeks when travel is permitted.
• Delivery to departure cargo location: FREE
Air shipping costs are additional to the puppy price. The remaining puppy balance is due when you receive confirmation that your puppy has been dropped off at the cargo location.
